This is the third in a series of resources called ‘Five Minute Revision Bites’. This series provides a suite of resources that present revision techniques which aim to make students independent in creating an effective revision programme. This presentation is structured covering the following points –
- Top tips in using your smart phone for revision.
- A follow up task aiming students to consider which ideas they are going to apply in their revision programme.
Each presentation should take no longer than five minutes to give to students and therefore would be ideal for a tutorial session or as part of a revision technique carousel.
This presentation examines how smart phones can help for smarter revision and not be a barrier and distraction to productive work. This was inspired by my new Year 11 form which asked the brilliant question – how do I stop looking at my phone when I am working?
